Oatmeal with blackberries and pumpkin seeds

This oatmeal is sure to warm your soul. Made with organic blackberries and pumpkin seeds its a great morning breakfast boost. makes one serving

Ingredients

  •  1/3 cup whole grain oats. can use small oats or large. I used small
  •  1/2 cup organic blackberries
  •  1 tablespoon chai seeds
  •  1/4 cup Raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon local organic honey
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Directions

To prepare oats. Boil 3/4 cups of water on stovetop. Gradually stir oats into boiling water. cook for 1 min. stir occasionally. cover remove from heat. Let stand for a few min. Transfer to bowl. Add blackberries, chai seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, honey, cinnamon and almond milk.
